When the universe was entering the galactic civil war, the president requested the next child born to be given super powers save the universe. However, by the time the super child was old enough to save the universe, the war was over, and the galaxy destroyed. Thus, the Olisar waited until a new universe formed, and came to earth to ensure this new race of life would not know the destruction of the old galaxy through the use of laser eyes, and a saxophone which when blown will bring peace to war.
